Postage costs are dependent on size and weight of package. We use a mixture of Royal Mail, My Hermes and DpD.
We aim to offer a 3-5 business day service in the UK but during busy periods or circumstances out of our control, this might not be possible. We hope you will bear with us and understand.

If your item is not quite right or it doesn't fit, we will happily offer a refund once we receive the returned item.

We do our best to create and sell perfectly made product, however if your item has arrived faulty or damaged, please call us or email us using the form on our contact page.
Please report any damage or faults within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
Please also send us an image of the fault so that we can arrange a refund or replacement as soon as possible.
Subject to stock availability faulty items will be replaced within 10 working days.
WORKSHOPS AT THE BARN
Workshops and Courses are non-refundable but may be transferrable if there is availability.
There is often a minimum number of people required for workshops to go ahead.
In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel it because of low numbers, you will of course be refunded in full but we cannot accept responsibility for any other costs.
If we are forced to cancel a workshop due to other external factors, we will endeavour to offer an alternative date for the workshop, and refund as a last resort.
For our Floral workshops, we cannot ever offer refunds for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice as we have to pre-order our flowers for the workshop. We will however, always endeavour to find somebody to fill the space via our social media channels or from our waiting list. Alternatively, we will arrange the flowers used in the workshop ready for your collection.
